It provides a blueprint that outlines how XML data should be organized, what elements and attributes are permitted, and the data types associated with each component. This ensures that XML documents conform to a predefined format, enabling consistent data exchange and validation across systems.

How It Works

An XSD is written in XML itself, making it both human-readable and machine-processable. It defines a set of rules that an XML document must follow to be considered valid.
