A VPN client is a software application or device that allows users to connect securely to a remote network or server over the internet. It creates an encrypted tunnel that protects data transmission from eavesdropping or tampering, enabling safe access to internal resources from outside the local network.

How It Works

The VPN client works by establishing a secure, encrypted connection between the user's device and the VPN server. When a user activates the client, it authenticates with the server using credentials or certificates. Once connected, the client routes all or selected network traffic through the encrypted tunnel, ensuring that data remains confidential and protected from interception.
