This technique enables small, wireless devices to operate without the need for traditional power supplies or frequent battery replacements.

How It Works

Energy harvesting systems typically consist of a transducer or converter that captures energy from a specific source and transforms it into electrical energy. For example, solar panels convert sunlight into electricity, thermoelectric generators convert temperature differences into power, and piezoelectric materials generate electricity from mechanical vibrations or motion.
